Bookkeeper/Admin Assistant

BOOKKEEPER/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to join our team. Key duties will include, but are not limited to: daily data entry of A/R and A/P, weekly bank deposits, monthly bank rec’s, financial statements, gst remittances, inventory of supplies, running reports, admin support to Executive Officer, booking meetings/seminars, typing minutes, taking registrations, creation of bulletins and posters, annual budget and audit preparation, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
minimum 2-3 years bookkeeping experience intermediate level of MS Word and Excel experience with Simply Accounting self directed/managed, mature, good problem solving skills strong organizational skills strong work ethics and able to supply a current clean Criminal Record Check
Wage/Hours:
This position is from 9:30-4:30 Monday to Friday (30 hours/wk). The position will be starting at $27,720/yr with additional benefits and perks.
